Justin serves businesses, high-net-worth individuals, real estate investors, manufacturers, healthcare providers, and closely held companies on complex federal and state tax matters with a practical, results-driven approach.

Justin began his career with KPMG and later worked at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, where he developed extensive expertise in taxation, financial reporting, and business consulting across a broad range of industries. His professional experience includes engagements involving major organizations such as GE, Mitsubishi Electronics, Hitachi Chemical, City of Hope, Bank of America, Samsung America, YKK, and Hanjin Transportation.
Executive Leadership Experience
Before founding his CPA firm, Justin served as Controller and CFO for major companies, including Paco Steel — a National Entrepreneur Award-winning manufacturer recognized by Ernst & Young — and LG Semicon. He oversaw tax compliance, financial operations, strategic planning, financing, budgeting, and internal controls for businesses with revenues ranging from $1 million to over $100 million. His executive-level industry experience allows him to deliver practical, business-driven tax strategies tailored to real-world business operations.

Justin is particularly recognized for resolving difficult tax matters and implementing effective tax-saving strategies. He has helped clients save millions of dollars through proactive planning, audit defense, penalty abatements, and tax controversy resolution. In one notable case, he successfully resolved over $2 million in tax assessments for less than $10,000. He also advises clients on entity formation, succession planning, and financing transactions.

He passed the CPA examination on his first attempt with superior scores, ranking among the top candidates nationwide, and holds a Master of Science in Accounting (Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Summa Cum Laude), graduating as the top student in his class.
